London born. Singapore raised. With a topping of Bangladeshi heritage. I bring all these influences to the way I shoot.

My path to cinematographer has not been a traditional one. In 2010 I graduated from Cambridge University with a degree in Social Anthropology before going on to setup a production company Hare Meets Tortoise in 2011.

Whilst running the production company I developed a love for the visuals and started shooting as part of my role. This included short films, music videos and content for brands like L'Oreal and Nokia. I learned a great deal working not only as a cinematographer but as a producer, director and editor on a whole range of projects for clients including Unilever, Glenmorangie and The Body Shop.

In 2015 I folded up a successful business to focus solely on my passion for cinematography. It is a craft that allows me to mould life experiences, creative relationships and technical artistry all in the name of making great films.

I am freelancing and based in London, although open to projects anywhere and everywhere.
