The lives of three lonely strangers in the city interconnect: a blind man with an obsession, a boy who sees the world differently, and a girl who is more than meets the eye.

Visual approach: the story is about concealed identities and loneliness in the metropolis. We wanted to reflect this through a neo-noir non-time specific look. The use of colours represented the character's respective identities and a sense of their worlds coming together and ultimately reveal the truth about them.

Key technical approaches:
Hard light & single source - to give the neo-noir feel and also heighten the isolating factor of characters in the frame
Cooke Panchro lenses - needed to soften the image slightly to give timeless feel. Also gave right feel to out of focus highlights in key scenes.
